Pine Valley Counseling is based around the idea of personal growth. Much like mountains and valleys, the path in life is not linear. There will be bumps, rocks, and unwarranted detours. Rivers provide a place for fun, recentering oneself, and finding peace in the current moment, much like the goals around therapy and personal healing.
